Mile High Peptides LLC

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the Mile High Peptides LLC website, purchases of research products, customer accounts, educational resources, payments, shipping, and related website services.

Last Updated: July 25, 2026
Section 1

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Mile High Peptides LLC regarding your access to and use of this website.

By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, making a payment, selecting an acknowledgment box, accessing educational material, or using any linked service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the website, create an account, submit an order, or access any associated service.

Section 2

Scope of research-product services

Mile High Peptides LLC sells research materials strictly for lawful laboratory, analytical, and educational research purposes.

Purchasing a research product does not establish a healthcare-provider relationship and does not provide access to a prescription, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or medical service.

Section 3

Eligibility and age requirement

The research-products website is intended only for adults who are at least 21 years old.

By accessing the research-products website or placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are at least 21 years old.
  • You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, and use the materials in your jurisdiction.
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws.
Section 4

Research-products restrictions

Products offered through the research-products division are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical, and educational research.

Research products are not intended for:

  • Human or veterinary consumption
  • Medical or therapeutic use
  • Diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention
  • Food, drug, cosmetic, or household use
  • Compounding or dispensing as medication
  • Administration to any person or animal by any route

Mile High Peptides LLC is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, medical practice, clinic, or healthcare provider through its research-products business.

Purchaser responsibility

The purchaser assumes responsibility for lawful acquisition, possession, transportation, storage, handling, testing, and disposition of all research materials.

Mile High Peptides LLC may refuse, restrict, or cancel any order that appears inconsistent with these restrictions or applicable law.

Section 5

Educational and website information

Website content, product descriptions, calculators, downloadable materials, articles, social-media content, and customer-support communications are provided for general research and educational purposes.

They are not medical advice and must not be interpreted as dosing, treatment, administration, reconstitution, injection, diagnosis, or individualized clinical guidance.

Mile High Peptides LLC does not guarantee that website information is complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular research objective. Qualified researchers are responsible for evaluating applicable scientific literature and establishing appropriate laboratory procedures.

Section 6

Customer accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, account, and device access.

You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and shipping information and to update that information when it changes.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend or close an account associated with fraud, abusive conduct, payment disputes, policy violations, suspected resale misuse, or unlawful activity.

Section 7

Orders, pricing, and acceptance

Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted merely because an order number or automated confirmation is generated.

Mile High Peptides LLC reserves the right to:

  • Accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order
  • Limit quantities per customer or address
  • Correct pricing or product-listing errors
  • Request identity or payment verification
  • Decline orders presenting suspected fraud
  • Decline orders that appear inconsistent with research-use restrictions

Prices, inventory, discounts, promotions, fees, and shipping charges may change without advance notice.

If a product is unavailable after payment, we may issue a refund, offer a substitute with your approval, or otherwise contact you regarding available options.

Section 8

Payments and unpaid orders

Available payment methods and applicable processing or administrative fees are displayed during checkout. Payment options may change at any time.

Credit-card payments may be completed through a secure third-party payment page. Other payment methods may require the customer to follow instructions displayed on the order-confirmation page or provided through the customer account.

Payment deadline

Unless a different period is shown during checkout, unpaid orders must be completed promptly and may be automatically canceled approximately 30 minutes after submission.

Products are not reserved after an unpaid order is canceled. A customer may submit a new order only if the products remain available.

Payment verification

An order may be held, canceled, or refunded if a payment cannot be verified, appears unauthorized, is sent for an incorrect amount, is associated with inconsistent customer information, or triggers a fraud or risk alert.

Section 9

Shipping, processing, and delivery

Most paid research-product orders are prepared within one to two business days after payment is received and verified.

Same-day shipment may occur when operationally possible, but it is not guaranteed. Processing may be extended by weekends, holidays, inventory reviews, address issues, payment verification, severe weather, high order volume, or other circumstances.

Shipping charges

Available shipping services’ shipping charges, and free-shipping thresholds are displayed during checkout.

Qualifying domestic orders over $150 may receive free standard U.S. shipping. Qualifying international orders over $250 may receive free international shipping when that option is available.

Delivery estimates

Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Mile High Peptides LLC does not control carrier scans, routing, weather delays, mechanical delays, customs processing, or local delivery operations.

Paying for an expedited service purchases the selected carrier service; it does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless the carrier separately provides and honors such a guarantee.

Tracking

Tracking information is generally sent after a shipping label is created. A label-created status does not necessarily mean the carrier has completed its first physical scan.

Address responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address before shipment. Mile High Peptides LLC is not responsible for loss, delay, return, or misdelivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be resent after return to sender, address correction, refusal, or failed delivery.

Carrier-confirmed delivery

An order marked delivered by the carrier is considered delivered unless the carrier confirms otherwise or the available evidence establishes a shipping error attributable to Mile High Peptides LLC.

Customers should promptly check household members, mailrooms, parcel lockers, neighbors, property cameras, and the carrier before reporting a missing delivered package.

Section 10

Ice packs, warm packages, and transit temperature

Important: Ice packs are included only as an additional measure to help moderate temperature during transit. They are not intended or guaranteed to remain frozen through delivery.

Ice packs may arrive partially thawed, completely thawed, or warm. The shipping package and product containers may also feel warm upon delivery. This is particularly common during warmer months and in areas experiencing elevated outdoor temperatures.

A thawed or melted ice pack, warm package, or temporary exposure to typical shipping and transit temperatures does not, by itself, establish that lyophilized research material is damaged, defective, contaminated, or unusable.

Summer and warm-weather shipping

Warm-Weather Shipping Notice: During summer months and periods of elevated temperatures, packages may be exposed to heat while being transported in carrier vehicles, sorting facilities, loading areas, delivery vehicles, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or after being left at the delivery location. Ice packs are not a refrigerated or temperature-controlled shipping service and may be completely thawed by the time a shipment is delivered.

Research materials are shipped in a freeze-dried (lyophilized) state. The inclusion of an ice pack is an additional shipping precaution and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the shipment will remain refrigerated or at any specific temperature while in transit.

Customers should monitor tracking information and retrieve packages promptly after carrier-confirmed delivery, especially during periods of hot weather. Mile High Peptides LLC cannot control or guarantee environmental conditions after a carrier has completed delivery, including exposure to direct sunlight, outdoor temperatures, hot mailboxes, parcel lockers, porches, entryways, or other delivery locations.

A melted or warm ice pack, warm shipping package, or warm product container alone does not qualify an order for a refund, replacement, credit, return, or reimbursement of shipping charges.

Refunds or replacements will be considered only when there is evidence of a qualifying order issue, such as:

  • Missing product
  • Incorrect product received
  • Visible contamination

Customers claiming a qualifying issue must preserve the shipping box, packaging, ice pack, product containers, labels, and contents and provide clear photographs upon request.

Section 11

International orders

International shipping may be available to eligible destinations. The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether the products may be lawfully purchased, imported, possessed, and used in the destination country.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import permits, regulatory requirements, and local restrictions.

Mile High Peptides LLC does not guarantee customs clearance or international delivery times.

Unless otherwise required by law or caused by an error attributable to Mile High Peptides LLC, no refund is guaranteed when an international shipment is delayed, held, refused, abandoned, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs or another governmental authority.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a returned international shipment is eligible to be resent.

Section 12

Returns, refunds, replacements, and final sales

Final-sale policy

Due to product-integrity, chain-of-custody, storage, contamination, and safety considerations, research-product sales are final after shipment.

We do not accept returns merely because a customer:

  • Changed their mind
  • Ordered the wrong product or quantity
  • No longer needs the product
  • Expected a different research result
  • Disagrees with normal product appearance
  • Received a thawed ice pack or warm package
  • Failed to review the listing or these Terms
  • Cannot lawfully import or possess the product in their jurisdiction

Do not return products without authorization

Customers must not mail or ship products back without written return authorization and instructions from Mile High Peptides LLC. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.

Missing, incorrect, or visibly contaminated orders

A customer must contact support within 48 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery when an order contains a missing item, an incorrect item, or visible contamination.

The request must include:

  • Order number
  • Email associated with the order
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the outer shipping package
  • Clear photographs of the shipping label
  • Clear photographs of all products and packaging
  • Clear photographs showing the claimed discrepancy or visible contamination

All packaging and products must be retained until the claim review is complete.

Review and resolution

Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement. Mile High Peptides LLC may inspect returned products, request additional evidence, verify package weight and fulfillment records, or obtain information from the shipping carrier.

When a claim is verified, Mile High Peptides LLC may choose, as appropriate:

  • Replacement of the affected item
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Refund of the affected item
  • Another reasonable resolution

Unless required by law, original shipping charges, expedited-shipping fees, processing fees, and administrative fees are not refundable after the applicable service has been performed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are submitted through the applicable payment process. Financial institutions and payment providers control when the credit appears in the customer’s account.

Section 13

Order cancellations and changes

An unpaid order may be canceled before payment is completed.

A paid order may not be changed or canceled after it enters processing, packing, label creation, or fulfillment.

A request to cancel does not constitute confirmation of cancellation. Cancellation is effective only when Mile High Peptides LLC confirms it in writing.

If a cancellation is approved after a payment processing service has already been performed, nonrefundable processing or administrative fees may be deducted where permitted by law.

Section 14

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Customers should contact Mile High Peptides LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that any legitimate order concern can be reviewed.

Filing a false, misleading, duplicative, or unauthorized dispute may result in:

  • Suspension or closure of the customer account
  • Cancellation of pending orders
  • Restriction of future payment methods
  • Refusal of future orders
  • Submission of transaction, tracking, account, and communication records to the payment provider
  • Recovery of amounts lawfully owed and related costs where permitted

A payment dispute does not automatically create a right to retain both the product and the disputed funds.

Section 15

Intellectual property

Website text, graphics, logos, product photography, page designs, educational materials, downloads, videos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Mile High Peptides LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, scraped, modified, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Section 15

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the website to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Purchase research products for prohibited human or veterinary use
  • Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
  • Submit false billing or shipping information
  • Use unauthorized payment information
  • Commit fraud or abuse a refund process
  • Interfere with website security or operation
  • Introduce malicious software or harmful code
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract website data
  • Impersonate Mile High Peptides LLC
  • Resell products using false medical, pharmaceutical, or regulatory claims
Section 15

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, research products, educational materials, and associated services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Mile High Peptides LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not guarantee:

  • Any particular research outcome
  • Suitability for a customer’s intended method or experiment
  • Uninterrupted website availability
  • Error-free website information
  • Specific carrier delivery dates
Section 15

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mile High Peptides LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website, products, shipping, customer conduct, misuse, lost data, lost profits, or inability to access a service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mile High Peptides LLC’s total liability arising from a research-product transaction will not exceed the amount paid to Mile High Peptides LLC for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 15

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mile High Peptides LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your unlawful or prohibited use of a product
  • Your misuse of the website or account
  • Your violation of another party’s rights
  • False, misleading, or fraudulent information submitted by you
Section 15

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.

Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by providing written notice describing the issue and requested resolution.

Any forum-selection, arbitration, jury-waiver, or class-action-waiver provision should be reviewed and approved by legal counsel before being added to these Terms.

Section 15

Changes to these Terms

Mile High Peptides LLC may revise these Terms to reflect changes in business practices, products, services, technology, laws, payment methods, shipping procedures, or other operational arrangements.

Revised Terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
