Marketing Communications Opt-Out Notice
This notice explains how to stop promotional email and text messages from Mile High Peptides LLC, what happens after an opt-out request, and why certain order, account, security, and service communications may continue.
Last Updated: July 25, 2026Scope of this notice
This notice applies to promotional email and SMS or text-message communications sent directly by Mile High Peptides LLC in connection with its research-products website, educational content, product announcements, promotions, and company updates.
It does not automatically control communications sent by independent payment providers, shipping carriers, website platforms, or other third parties.
Channel-specific requests: Opting out of one communication channel does not necessarily opt you out of every other channel. For example, unsubscribing from email does not automatically remove a telephone number from SMS marketing.
Types of communications
Marketing communications
These may include product announcements, educational content, promotions, special offers, restock notices, company news, and other marketing messages.
Service-related communications
These may include order confirmations, payment notices, shipping updates, account alerts, policy notices, security messages, and customer-support responses.
Marketing opt-out requests generally apply to promotional communications. They do not prevent Mile High Peptides LLC from sending communications reasonably necessary to complete or service an existing transaction, maintain account security, or comply with legal obligations.
How to opt out of marketing emails
You may stop promotional emails using either of the following methods:
Use the unsubscribe link
Select the unsubscribe link included near the bottom of a marketing email and follow the instructions displayed.
Contact customer support
Email su*****@**************es.com with the subject line Marketing Email Opt-Out Request.
Your request should identify the email address that receives the marketing messages. An opt-out request submitted from a different email address may require additional information so we can identify the correct subscription record.
Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not prevent order confirmations, payment notices, shipping updates, security alerts, customer service responses, or other nonpromotional messages related to an existing relationship or transaction.
How to opt out of SMS or text marketing
Reply to a Mile High Peptides marketing text with:
STOPThe messaging system may also recognize common opt-out terms such as:
- END
- CANCEL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- QUIT
You may also revoke SMS marketing consent by clearly communicating that you no longer wish to receive promotional text messages from Mile High Peptides LLC.
A one-time nonpromotional confirmation text may be sent to confirm that the opt-out request was received and processed.
Do not block the sender before your request is received. Blocking a number on your device may prevent messages from appearing on your phone but may not transmit an opt-out request to the messaging system.
After opting out, do not reply START or otherwise re-enroll unless you intend to resume receiving promotional messages.
Submitting an opt-out request through support
You may submit a marketing opt-out request through the Contact Us page or by emailing su*****@**************es.com .
Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address receiving promotional emails
- The mobile number receiving promotional texts
- Whether the request applies to email, SMS, or both
- A clear statement that you wish to stop marketing communications
Do not include account passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in an opt-out request.
Opt-out processing time
SMS opt-out requests submitted through a recognized keyword are generally processed promptly, although limited technical or administrative delay may occur.
Marketing email opt-out requests will be processed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than the period required by applicable law, which may allow up to 10 business days.
You may receive a marketing communication that was already scheduled or in transmission before the request was fully processed.
Contact support if promotional messages continue after a reasonable processing period. Include the receiving email address or telephone number and, if possible, a copy or screenshot of the message.
Communications that may continue
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent Mile High Peptides LLC from sending nonpromotional communications reasonably connected to your account, request, or transaction.
These communications may include:
- Order confirmations
- Payment instructions and payment-status notices
- Shipping and tracking updates
- Delivery or carrier-problem notices
- Account-verification messages
- Password-reset and security alerts
- Fraud-prevention or identity-verification requests
- Customer-support responses
- Return, refund, or inspection communications
- Chargeback or payment-dispute communications
- Policy, legal, safety, or compliance notices
- Responses to communications initiated by you
A marketing opt-out does not cancel an order, close an account, or withdraw a pending customer-service request.
Marketing consent is not required to purchase
Consent to receive promotional email or SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing a research product or accessing general website information.
You may decline or withdraw marketing consent without losing access to ordinary order-related communications or customer support.
Providing contact information during checkout does not eliminate your ability to opt out of subsequent promotional communications.
Message frequency and carrier charges
Message frequency may vary based on your subscription status, account activity, order activity, promotions, and communication preferences.
Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications according to your wireless carrier and service plan.
Mile High Peptides LLC is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier or internet service provider.
Re-enrollment after opting out
You may later choose to subscribe again by using an available website signup form, updating your communication preferences, or otherwise providing new consent.
Re-entering your email address in a marketing signup form or replying START to an eligible text program may be treated as a new request to receive promotional communications.
A new subscription may replace a previous opt-out for the particular email address, telephone number, program, or communication channel involved.
Multiple email addresses or telephone numbers
Opt-out records are generally associated with the specific email address or telephone number used in the subscription.
When you have used more than one email address or telephone number, you may need to submit a separate opt-out request for each contact point.
Changing an email address or telephone number in your customer account does not necessarily update a separate marketing subscription record.
Privacy and suppression records
Mile High Peptides LLC may retain limited information about an opt-out request to maintain a suppression record, document compliance, prevent accidental re-enrollment, resolve disputes, and honor future communication preferences.
Maintaining an opt-out record does not mean the contact information will be used for continued promotional messaging.
Additional information about the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.
